Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- A refund request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Customized or specially ordered products.
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified after delivery.
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery.
- Shipping and handling fees (non-refundable).
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact us at mary@8ihouse.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipment without any cancellation fee. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchange requests are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.
