What Happens on Our Factory Floor
From the moment raw materials enter our workshop, every step is controlled and documented:
- All-Steel Frame Welding & Structural Sealing — Precision-welded steel frames form the backbone of every Pod, with weather-tight seals applied at every joint.
- Interior & Exterior Finishing — Walls, flooring, cabinetry, and exterior cladding are all installed and finished in-house, not on-site.
- Plumbing & Electrical Integration — Full plumbing and electrical systems are built in, tested, and certified before the Pod ever leaves the factory.
- Lighting & Fixtures — Integrated LED lighting, switches, outlets, and fixtures are installed and quality-checked on the line.
- End-to-End Quality Inspection — Every single Pod passes a full quality control check before it is cleared for shipping.
